Giantland Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing Sequence of 3

Presented in this lot is a stunning sequence of three 12 field 2-peghole animation drawings from the classic short Giantland. The Burt Gillett-directed theatrical animation released to theaters on 11/25/1933 and followed Mickey as he recounted his own version of Jack and the Beanstalk to a group of excited orphan mice. These wonderful full figure, centered drawings can be found starting at roughly the 4:06 mark as Mickey is jostled around in King Rumplewatt's mouth, trying to avoid becoming part of his meal. The detailed figures range from around 3.25" x 2.25" to 3.5" x 2", rendered beautifully in graphite with color pencil. The sequence is labeled 94, 96, and 100 - it's rare to find drawings this close together! This lot is in Very Good condition overall with minor edge and handling wear and light age-related toning.
